Theoni Studios Apartments complex
is built according to the traditional architecture of the island. It offers
a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea which is especially impressive during
sunset. Theoni matches harmoniously with the natural beauty of the
surrounding environment, while at the same time is fully equipped with all
modern facilities providing the guests with integrated servicing. The
hotel also provides a parking area.
It consists of 4 studios and 1 apartment nicely decorated and traditionally furnished.
All units can accommodate 2-5 persons

Units Description
All studios are fully equipped with kitchenette (cooking and
coffee utensils, mini fridge), private bathroom with shower,
TV, individual a/c unit (heat and cold),
one double-bed, two or three single-beds and a veranda from where the
guest can enjoy the view over the sea.
The 45 square meters traditional furrnished apartment is
ideal for families
and can easily accommodate until 5 persons. It consist of two separate
bedrooms, cuisine, bathroom and 3 verandas.

kitchenette is fully equipped with cooking and coffee utensils and fridge. private bathroom with
shower, air-conditioning.

asphalt road, except from some parts of it that can be accessed by earth
road of good condition. It is located approximately 14km from Naxos

in the area, some of which with a wonderful view. Kastraki is an
ideal holiday retreat for those who wish to be in a quiet area and close
to the nicest beaches of the island.
