Athermi Apartments consists of three fully equipped apartments for
up to four persons, and eight rooms for two to three persons with a
bathroom, fridge, and private balcony overlooking the Caldera.
The apartments also have a mini kitchen, air-condition and television.
Breakfast service is also available. The apartments have a large Parking,
and can arrange moto rental.

"Athermi" is situated on the
Caldera in Megalochori of Santorini Island.
Caldera beach - walk 10 minutes down the hill & swim in a unique
beach while having a majestic view of the volcano. Drive 5 minutes to
visit the grey- black & red volcanic beaches of Perivolos, Vlichada &
Akrotiri

At a distance of 10 klm far from Fira at the Southwest, it is found
Megalochori. Its name in greek means "big village", but in fact with 460
permanent residents, the name is not fully justified! However, Megalochori
is one of the most representative villages of Santorini, having kept
almost intact its features.
Megalochori is a traditional settlement dating from the 1800's, situated
in the center of the island. Though many of its inhabitants have moved
from the village, its buildings are in good condition and of architectural
interest. |
Typical traditional cycladic
houses, neoclassic buildings and small houses dug in the volcanic rock
blend together with harmony. The settlement is quite small, but the land
belonging to Megalochori, mostly used for agriculture and winemaking,
stretches down to the southern coast and covers a large part of the
"Caldera" that overlooks the volcanic islets and sunsets.
