The complex is built in the traditional Cycladic style and consists of
white, detatched houses, dominated by a fully working three-storey
traditional windmill. Carved on the steep side of the cliff, facing the
volcano and the caldera, the resort inspires feelings of awe and
admiration and is the ideal spot for an unforgettable break.
In our studios, you will get acquainted with the unique beauty of
Cycladic architecture. Live under the magnificent domed ceilings and enjoy
the famous Santorini sunset from the spacious verandas. The studios
include: a lovely open-plan double bedroom, a fully equipped
kitchen-corner, a sitting / dining area, balcony with a sea view.
You may choose to stay in the "caves", where the local inhabitants
of the island have lived since ancient times. Etched into the rocks, they
are cool apartments, equipped with the bare minimum in order to be
genuine. |
They include: a built-in
double bed, a sitting / dining area furnished with traditional Santorinian
couches, a kitchenette, a large private veranda with a view overlooking
the sea,
the Caldera and the sunset.
For larger groups of 4 persons, we suggest our spacious, cross-domed
apartments, which are one of the few that still exist on the island.
Each hotel apartment includes: two or three separate rooms (either one or
two bedrooms), a sitting / dining area, a kitchenette, private balcony
with a wonderful sea view.
The luxury suite is a traditional, three floor windmill house that
includes: two double bedrooms, a sitting area, a dining area, a
kitchenette, a private terrace that goes all around the windmill, with a
sea, Caldera and sunset view.
