Limnes Villas in Santorini offers 20 studios and 3 apartmnets. Limnes Villas are separated  into two bloks which contain twin or double bedded stydios for 2 or 3 persons and a double bed apartment for 4 persons (split level). Every unit is beautiful decorated and include: air conditioning, safety deposit boxes, private shower/wc, kitchenette, telephone and balcony or patio. The choice is personal, the experience is unique.

Limnes Villas  is located on the wonderful site of Limnes which is a part of Perissa. The villa is  only 100 meters from Perissa beach and 300 meters from the centre of the village. It is also just a few minutes away from a  disco bar.

Perissa
Perissa is situated on the southeast tip of Santorini Island. Perissa's beaches is one of Santorini's best. Next to Emprorio village a long dark sand endless beach with crystal water. A feature that makes Perissa unique is the fact that is the best protected beach from summer Aegean wind, which called "Meltemia" in Greek.
 Perissa lies right next to Profitis Ilias mountain, totally protected from the North. The settlement is one of the most picturesque with its traditional Cycladic architecture and its quaint alleyways.
