We encourage users to submit photos in order to enhance the Cyclades Islands Galleries. There are some restrictions on the content of the photos:

To submit a photo:
All photos must be taken in Cyclades Islands Greece. The photograph's subject must be relevant to Cyclades Islands in one of the following categories:

• Nature, Landscapes
• Community
• Architecture, Art

Users may not post any photos containing nudity or pornographic material.

Users may not post any photo which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, infringing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable or invasive of another's privacy.

Users may not post unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, or any other photo which they do not have the right to transmit under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship. This includes any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or any other proprietary rights of any party, or material protected by intellectual property laws, right of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law, unless having all necessary contracts or consents.

All photos, are the sole responsibility of the person from which the photo originated. Cycladesinfo.net does not control photos origin and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such.

Although Cycladesinfo.net does not accept responsibility for these photos, Cycladesinfo.net does reserve the right to remove at any time, without notice, a photo or image that violates our Photo Policy or Member Agreement.

By submitting their photo, users agree to have their submitted photograph displayed on the Cycladesinfo.net Web site under our trade-mark or URL address.
Cycladesinfo.net may make and retain copies of the photograph for archival purposes.

With all photos Cycladesinfo.net reserves sole discretion to determine appropriateness of inclusion, placement and descriptive verbiage.

Images appearing in the Cycladesinfo.net Photo Gallery may be:

Corrected for brightness, contrast, focus, tint, hues or other quality.
May have elements in the photo eliminated, reproduced or corrected. (Example: removing item in beach scene by replacing with additional sand or filling sky with additional clouds from elements already in the photo)
Must retain the 'original flavor and composition'.
May be cropped as needed from the original.


Any business or individual may download any photograph for non-commercial but only for PERSONAL use.

Use as the background on your desktop.
Downloading for later non-commercial personal use.
E-Mailing to a friend.
Photos may be reproduced on your own website under the following conditions:

That the website is free to access, not derrogatory against any person, group or corporation.
That no image(s) on your site is for sale.
That the image is credited as follows: Photo by Cycladesinfo.net/ Copyright by Cycladesinfo.net.
That the credit line is hotlinked to Cycladesinfo.net
That the photo is not edited or modified except for size.
Do not remove Cycladesinfo.net's trade-mark or URL address form the pictures.


Photos can only be submitted to Cycladesinfo.net via e-mail. Only photos that are submitted in a JPG or GIF format will be accepted.
